Our safari will take us to the Rift Valley where we will get to visit the hot springs of Lake Bogoria then move to Lake Baringo. At these 2 destinations we'll get to spot:
On day 3 we will head to Kakamega forest where we'll get to see Ross' Turaco and the Brown Babbler. Finally on day 4 we'll get to the Rondo retreat to sample some of Kakamega's bird diversity.

This morning after breakfast, we will drive to Lake Bogoria Spa Resort where we hope to arrive in time for lunch and later around 4 p.m. we will drive to the lake. We hope to look for some species e.g. Greater & Lesser Flamingos, Jacana, Black Crake, Bee-eaters, Mouse-colored Penduline Tit, Somali Tit, Yellow-bellied Eromomela, Green-winged Pytilia, Blue-capped Cordon-bleu, Red-footed Warbler and many others.
All meals and overnight in Lake Bogoria Spa Resort.
After breakfast we will drive to Lake Baringo which will take us 1 hour 30 minutes and after check-in we will take a boat ride for 2 hours and come back for lunch. Later in the afternoon we will drive to the famous Baringo Cliffs for special birds like 3 species of owls, Nightjar, 3-banded Courser, Spotted Thicknee, Brown-tailed Rock Chat, Mountain Cliff Chat, Bristel-crowned Starling, Three-streaked Tchagra, Brubru, Slate Colored Boubon, Carmine Bee-eater, Olive Bee-eater, Jackson and Hemprich's Hornbill, Red and Yellow Barbet, Balck-throated Barbet etc.
All meals and overnight accommodation will be at Soi Safari Lodge.
After early breakfast we will have a long drive about 5 hours drive to Kakamega Forest but with some stop-overs. On the stop-over we will try to spot for White Turace, Ross' Turaco and Brown Babbler. We hope to arrive in time for dinner and also do birding when entering the forest before we get to the lodge.
Our overnight stay will be at Rondo Retreat.
On this morning we will search for Kakamega specials like Blue-headed bee-eater, Red-tailed Bristle Bill, Crowned Eagle, Black-collared Apalis, White-tailed Ant Thrush, African Blue Flycatcher, Mackinnon Fiscal Firey-throated Barbet, Doubel Toothed Yellow-billed Barbet, Kakamega Greenbul, Joyful Greenbul and many others.
